DDS Digital was founded in late 2017 with the ambition to help travel companies optmize their online presence and return. Having worked many years in different positions for both big brands and indpendent hotels we discovered that the distribution landscape is becoming increasingly more complex and that the traditional hotel roles are changing. Only a few years ago it was considered innovative for a hotel to have its own e-commerce manager (besides a Marketing Manager) while today it is more or less a requirement.
The challenge is to find the right people and talent that will manage the digital space and at the same time stay on top of trends and developments in a field that is changing and evolving constantly. Our goal is to help hotels with that in terms advice and guidance, whether it being a comprehensive Net Revpar implementation plan or simply driving more booking through the hotel website.
